Delivery Information

We are proud to offer Free Delivery to any location in Ireland including Northern Ireland (excluding offshore islands with no road connectivity). The prices you see on our website are final and there are no hidden charges.

Please read carefully and familiarize yourself with our Delivery Process and Delivery Conditions further on this page prior to placing your order to avoid confusion and disappointment.

We advise customers to place pallet orders before 2 pm for the same business day shipping.

We have partnered with a leading pallet distribution network with depots all over Ireland and 99% of the pallet deliveries to major cities in Ireland are completed on the next business day from dispatch and the rest of Ireland is serviced on 1-2 business days delivery terms after dispatch. We deliver on business days only, Mon to  Fri, between 9 am to 5 pm with no set time of delivery.

Small consignments (sample packs, firelighters) are delivered via small van courier service and due to the manual handling process and preparation of parcels there might be an additional day added to the delivery process. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your sample pack  parcel once this is dispatched via email.

For your convenience at the end of the checkout should you wish you can specify preferred date in the future and we will schedule the delivery as per your requirements as soon as that date is at least 2 business days after the order is processed. Please note that we can not guarantee set time of delivery.

Delivery process

Choose your desired wood fuels and complete your order on our secure online shop. The prices on our online shop are final, We offer FREE delivery to your doorstep Nationwide, throughout the 32 Counties of Ireland.
We can deliver to Mainland UK but this will be subject to a delivery surcharge, so please contact us if you need any details.

After you have completed your order and your payment is processed you will receive an instant email confirming the order and its details. Please review your order immediately and if you spot any discrepancies (e.g. incorrect address or phone numbers details), contact us asap to avoid delays in transit and additional re-delivery charges for missed delivery!

If you don't receive our emails please check your Spam/Junk folders and add our contact email in your whitelist (trusted) contatacts.

Confirmed orders will be prepared for dispatch on business days only and any pallet order received   before 2 pm will be dispatched on the same business day.
Pallet orders received after 2 pm on a business day or during weekends and bank holidays, including small parcels (e.g. sample packs) will be shipped on the following business day (e.g. order placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday). You can schedule delivery on a specific day in the future by leaving a note to us during checkout as soon as the desired date is at least 2 business days after the date of placing the order. Unfortunately we can not guarantee set time of delivery (Couriers deliver between 9 AM to 5 PM on business days).

Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email from us notifying you that the goods are on the way. Normally the goods will arrive at your door between 1-2 business days following the dispatch day (Excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please expect the goods on the indicated dates and attend your phone contact as provided on your order to avoid  Re-delivery charges for undeliverable orders!

Delivery will be completed within 1-2 business days, between 9 am – 5 pm with no set time. You will be contacted directly by the courier prior to arrival so it is Very important to attend your phone contact or else if there is no answer at your end when called by the couriers, and you are not present at the delivery address, the delivery will not go ahead and you will be charged for subsequent/re-delivery attempts.
It is important to know that you or someone else authorized by you will be required to sign for the goods upon arrival. Should you not be available to sign for the goods or wish to give your consent for the goods to be delivered without your presence and signature please inform us when you order via note or soon after order via email. 
If you are not available to accept the delivery, refuse delivery, or delivery cannot be completed safely due to certain restrictions at your property (please refer to our Delivery Conditions prior to ordering), You will be charged €69 for each subsequent attempt to deliver your order. It is your responsibility to meet the delivery conditions and make an informed decision prior to placing your order. Delivery Conditions and FAQs

Yes, the prices include delivery to your door anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We use third party delivery service and they operate standard rigid lorries with rear tail lift to drop the pallet on the floor. The palletised goods can be further moved by manually operated pump truck provided there are no restrictions and at driver’s discretion or else delivered kerbside (nearest possible and posing no risk to the public).
The approx. truck dimensions are: up to 12 m Length, 2.8 m Width and 3.4 m Height.
In order to complete the delivery there should be sufficient space for the truck to access and maneuver within your property. Safety evaluation is at the driver’s discretion.
Restrictions to consider around your property that might obstruct delivery:

- Overhanging cables and trees.

- Insufficient access, severe bends on the road leading to or near your property, narrow entrances and obstacles perevnting the truck accessing your property.

- Steep ground that will obstruct goods to be lowered safely via the rear tail lift.

- Manual pump pallet truck cannot be operated on soft ground (e.g. mud, grass), loose gravel, uneven and steep surfaces.

Please consider the above prior to ordering to avoid disapointment and Delivery charges billed to you for refusing delivery/returning goods.

Provided there are no restrictions present as described above, the truck will maneuver as near as possible to your desired storage area or else the pallet will be delivered "kerbside" (nearest possible to your property). The pallet will be lowered on the ground and if possible, pallet can be moved further with the hand pallet truck. Moving and placing the pallet at desired location inside your property is at the driver’s discretion. The couriers are external company and they are not oblidged to manually handle the goods.

Please be prepared to manually handle the goods yourslelf to safe location in your property should there be no possibility for the pallet to be moved by the driver with the available pallet truck.

The pallet on which the goods are being delivered remains your property.
You’ll be required to sign/be present for the delivery or else with your permission and consent the goods will be left without a signature and unattended at your own risk, and in this case Ecologs.ie does not bear any responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
Small parcels-sample packs are delivered at your door.

Please note that the delivery company is a external service and they are not obliged to manually handle the goods on the pallet or move the goods to your storage area. They deliver kerbside and any additional assistance is at the driver’s discretion. The driver may or may not assist in moving the goods into your storage.

Be prepared to move/manually handle the goods to your desired location and storage. Please consider our delivery conditions prior to placing the order, failure to meet the couriers and accept the delivery service as provided by them will result in Delivery/Return charges billed to you.

If the goods are delivered damaged this should be reported to the driver immediately and the damage details recorded on the delivery docket as presented for your signature. If you accept the damaged goods and decide to place a claim on a later stage this will not be accepted. If you are not present at the address once the damaged goods are delivered with your consent please report it soon after. Damaged goods should be reported to us as well via email and we advise customers to take pictures, which would help to resolve the issue faster. 
Once the delivery is completed it is your responsibility to take care, move indoors and store the goods appropriately and at your own risk. Please note that the eco logs should be stored indoors (e.g. garage, shed etc.) or else stored outside but under watertight cover. Even though the palletised eco logs packs are individually wrapped and pallet sealed with shrink film on the outside, this does not make the products watertight. The packaging can withstand the elements while you are in the process of safely moving them indoors but prolonged exposure to rain may damage your goods. We advise you to protect the pallet from rain if you intend to leave it outside for a period of time before moving it to your storage in order to avoid product destruction. The application of sufficient care for the goods while at your possession is entirely your responsibility. The pallet on which the goods are delivered remains your property.
